Much of the music on this album was written within the past year, though the source material for some of the electroacoustic elements date as far back as 2015. Beyond Living is as autobiographical as it is conceptual. Within these tracks lies a conversation between my own inner conflicts and the external conflicts that characterizes today's society. "life" is the battleground for much of this conflict.

To experience beyond living is to experience existence beyond both the totalitarian normalization of modern life and beyond the fetishization of control or valorization of the "raw power" of life "as such." It is not Dying.

The beyond is already here.
